GENERAL FAQs
You are required to wear uniforms only during the Recruit/Intern Training session.
Once you complete this first training, you may wear any appropriate outfit of your choice.
Yes, you may use colored chat. However, neon, black, red, and yellow are restricted
and may only be used by the Foundation team. SV and VIP may use colored chat as well,
except for neon, black, red & yellow.
You can access the FIS Discord server by asking a staff member or by visiting our website and clicking the Discord link.
Once added, you will receive an invite to the server. Please note: if you have been promoted and require additional roles
or need your roles updated, simply use the
/getroles
command in the verify channel to receive the necessary roles.
Badge Admins (BAs) can get badges accepted for you. You may go to the #badge-requests channel on the FiS Discord Server
or ask someone to request it for you in base.
To apply for a LOA, you must have a Portal account. Log in to the Portal > Leaves > Apply, then notify a Foundation member
in Discord under Help Center > #fis-requests. Please follow the format provided in the pinned messages in
#leave-requests. (If needed, the Foundation team can submit a LOA on the Portal/Discord on your behalf.)
When there’s a troll in base, always act professionally. First, warn them about their actions and explain that it is against our policies (state what they did wrong).
If they continue to behave inappropriately, go to the #fis-requests channel under Help Center in the FIS Discord server and request assistance
from a Room Rights holder (
@Room Rights
), providing the reason for your request.

You can join a Special Unit once you’ve reached the Human Resources Division or above. To explore available units, visit our website > Special Units > External/Internal Affairs.
Furthermore, you can find and submit applications through our Portal under Special Units.
Approaching the Help Desk is a way to suggest your ideas, or you can go on the FIS Discord server, then to the #suggestions channel,
and use the command
/suggestion suggest
.
FTS — Fill the Security is a command used for Security Division+ members. In order to operate the security station properly, use the Security Search tool on the Portal.
Steps:
- Ask the person to whisper their last promoter’s name.
- Use Security Search on the Portal to see if their entry is approved and confirm the promoter’s name matches.
- Say the correct keyword depending on the situation:
- Green: Accurate B.U.M (Badge, Uniform, Motto) and Entry is approved on Security Search.
- Yellow: Personnel with
[FiS] Intern
in their motto and accurate B.U.M. - Red: Trolls/non-members or anyone without the correct B.U.M.
PAY FAQs
At FIS, we pay four times daily at 12 AM, 6 AM, 12 PM, and 6 PM (GMT+8).
If you are in a different time zone, you can use our time converter on the website.
Our pay runs on a point-based system. The number of points you earn determines your pay:
- 5 points = 1c
- Maximum per pay: 9c
- Maximum per day: 36c
This is explained in more detail in the Pay Policy located on the FIS Website > Policies > Pay Policy.
You can earn points through the following activities:
- Filling in stations (FTF, FTS, FTT)
- Working at the Help Desk
- Promoting and training members
- Completing Special Unit tasks (if you are in one)
- Participating in base events
- Handling transfers (if in the Transfer Unit)
- Submitting alt logs
- Joining agency visits/raids
- Completing mazes
PROMOTION FAQs
You can get promoted once you have met the requirements, have at least 15 minutes of online time, and have been filling a station actively.
Depending on your rank, the promotion gap will increase (ranging from 15 minutes to 340 minutes).
To promote someone, you must have a Portal account. Steps:
- Select Promotions from the side menu.
- Enter their username > click Search > click Promote.
- Copy the motto provided.
- Set their new motto on Habbo and click Promote.

PORTAL FAQs
To register an account, please refer to our Portal Guide (Guides > Portal Guide).
On FiS Portal: Promotions > type their username > click Promote > copy the motto > click Promote.
Important notes:
- If the name has nothing next to it, do not promote/train — they may not be eligible. Tag a Portal Admin in #fis-requests (Help Center) if unsure.
- Yellow: They need training before the promotion can go through.
- Blue: You can proceed — click Promote. If the last button says Promote Div, the person is moving to a new division after promotion; tell them to request the required badge, then request acceptance in #badge-requests on the FIS Discord server.
A training log can be created once a training session has been completed.
Go to Portal > Log in > Training > fill out the template given.
Accidentally logging a promotion/training are common mistakes. If you make an error, approach the Help Desk for assistance
or tag Portal Admins in Discord under FiS Help Center > #fis-requests.
SV / VIPS and Donations FAQs
SV costs 70c and VIP costs 25c. These prices can change depending on event sales.
Special Visitors get access into our base and Discord (VIP Area included). VIPs get access to the VIP Area only.
Additionally, both can use colored chats except neon, black, red & yellow, and may wear whatever they like as long as it’s appropriate.
To get the badges (Silver–Elite), donate to FiS. Each tier has different requirements:
- Bronze Sponsor: 1c – 99c
- Silver Sponsor: 100c – 499c
- Gold Sponsor: 500c – 999c
- Platinum Sponsor: 1000c – 1499c
- Diamond Sponsor: 1500c – 1999c
- Elite Sponsor: 2000c+
